How many credits does it take to earn a diploma from Houlton Hodgdon SAD #29/70 Adult Education?


In most cases, 18 credits are needed to graduate.  Nine of these credits are core requriements; the others are electives.  Your credits from other high schools will be evaluated by the Adult Education staff and reviewed with you when you begin your studies with us. 

 

An Adult Education credit is a minimum of 45 hours of productive classroom time.  Requirements differ from credit to credit.  Credits also must be completed within one calendar year. 

 

We currently do not offer a way to earn credits from home.
